Info: OC based on Megaman. Rocky Thomas is the son of Dr. Johnathan 'John' Thomas and Risa Thomas. He was human, like his twin sister, Roll Thomas, at the start. But when Dr. Madness stole the twins' father's robots for his destructive ends, Rocky's parents remodled him into a cyborg, known as Mega Rockman. Whenever he defeats a Robot Master, he gains their ability and adds it to his arsenal. He can also call on his dog, Rush, for transportation. He can also do Charge Shot and Slide. When he defeated Dr. Madness the first time, he retrieved the stolen Robot Masters. He battled Madness' own robots ever since, even reform some. He is voiced by Andrew Francis.
