Introducing the Sonic Club Valentines Contest!
Our first new contest since the relaunch of the Original Sonic Club! The theme chosen for this contest is love! Whether it be your favorite couple, your favorite friendship, or your favorite pet relationship (ie Cream/Cheese, Big/Froggy, Knux/M.E.) whatever you like! The possibilities are endless and it's up to you to create a deviation to show what Sonic love moves you.

Contest Rules
You must be a member to participate! If you're not a member you can join by visiting the front page of the #sonic-club and clicking the button on the left of the page.
Your entry must contain only official Sonic characters (no fan characters)
All material in your image must be original by you
Your entry must be made after the launch of the contest
Entires must be cast in by February 14th 2010
Only one entry per member
Do your best and have fun!

How to Enter
Create and upload an entry! Your entry can be a drawing, a sculpture, even literature that represents your favorite Sonic love! Upload your entry to your deviantart account like you would upload any of your artwork.
Submit it to the club! Go to the special Valentines Day Entries Gallery, click "Submit to This Folder" and select your deviation!
Watch your messages. Keep an eye on your messages, we will review your submission to make sure it complies with all the rules, and then approve it!

Judging
A panel of judges will each cast 3 votes. Your judges will be the #sonic-club admins `neoikeia , ~sonicolas , ~cinderella-cage , ~themie , =kittynakajima and =VioletChiko !

Prizes!
Not only will you have some extreme exposure to our roughly 600 members, but the top three entires will receive the following:
1st Full commission by =kittynakajima
2nd Flat color commission by =kittynakajima
3rd 1 month subscription to deviantART

Artist's Comments
My personal favorite couple is Sonic and Amy, however I love how they are portrayed in the games! I love how she's so soft for him even though she's such a strong character, and I love that even though he can go the speed of sound, he only runs fast enough to stay juuuuust out of her reach
