Gorgeous picture. I love the spiral effect of the colors and it reminds me of a color wheel because the blue crosses over to orange, and red to green. I don't know, that's what I saw!

Now, a little critique... I'm not so sure about the position of the blue pencil on the right... I think the darkest one would've been better put immediately after the light purple one... But that's only a minor thing, and it prolly has more to do with me being anal than anything 
Anyway, good job!

thanks for your kind words and the 
arranging colors is not my favorite thing to do. if you look closer you will see a pink pencil too, which seems not to fit properly... if i had known that this picture attracts so much interest, i had spent more time to perfect the arrangment

I love this photo. Its a wonderful circle of colors. The trying not to blink part is hard.
I'm surprised that no one has commented on the fact that between the oranges is a pink pencil. Was that what you ment by looking at it and telling you what we saw?

as you can see, it's a close circle, they can't roll away. the only challenge is to hold them till you close the circle.

there is one important reason why i don't glue something: i don't like wasting useful materials for photos esp. things that are not my own
