Description The Australian Classification Board (ACB) used it's ratings like these for movies, TV broadcasting, video games, DVD covers, and advertising posters.

Here are the meanings of each rating:
E (Exempt) - Exempt from classification such as educational content.
G (General) - It is viewed for all ages, but not necessarily attended for little children.
PG (Parental Guidance) - Parental guidance was recommended, but it may be not suitable for young viewers. (Such as sexual references, mild coarse language, mild violence, drug references, etc.)
M (Mature) - Recommended for mature audiences for ages 12 and over. But, it is not suitable for children under 12
MA 15+ (Mature Accompanied) - Contains themes that may not be suitable for viewers under 15. Under 15 years may be accompanied by a parent or an adult guardian. (Contains adult themes, horror/supernatural themes, drug or alcohol use, sexual content, nudity, violence, gore, coarse language, etc.)
R 18+ (Restricted) - Restricted for viewers under 18 and over (Contains explicit and extreme graphic content)
