I think this is so cute! I love her hand pose. And the way the skirt drapes and her feet, she's just drawn so well in this pose and he is too. I tried drawing a pose like this once a long time ago, but it never turned out.

Photoshop is much better IMO; It has a lot more options to play with. However, it doesn't matter what program you use, but your skill with the program that matters. What about real media? I prefer real media to CGs anyway.

Well i won't say dl photoshop, if you care about licences... (PShop is damn expensive though... go dl it ^^; )
But i recently tried a lil nice freeware called pixia, of course it's not toshop, but it's free and really neat, give it a try
