I've been on a bit of a drawing spurt the last few days, not that that's necessarily a bad thing. Doing more practice with clothes and cloth folding. I'm pretty happy with this one because I used absolutely no references for the clothing at all and just free-hand sketched it all out. I do free-hand clothing drawing a lot now, but that's mostly for tight clothes and this was more of an experiment with loose fitting clothes.This drawing also inspired me to try something entirely different; something I've never done before and never even dared try. The combination of the little frayed edge on the top of the arm warmer and the music I was listening to at the time inspired a creep-tastic version of this picture full of blood and gore and zombie-ness (which I'll probably upload a little later). That took up most of my time because I held back on uploading this picture while I worked on that for like... 10 hours straight. Lots of fun! But... Also lots of creep.
Painted digitally in SAI Paint Tool & Photoshop with a Wacom Intuos tablet
