Description
The original artist, Tweetr, has left dA as of October 31st, 2014. I, on my original account (Nickle4aPickle ) commissioned this base from them. Even when Tweetr was still on dA, they insisted that I sell it on my account as well. I felt bad about it while the original artist was still on dA, but now that they have left, I'm putting it up at the same price they did so more people can download and enjoy it!

You cannot alter this base too much; please keep it recognizable.
Please do not send the .psd file to anyone who has not paid for it.
Do not remove Tweetr's name from the base. You may move it around, but it must stay visible on the image.
Do not trace or steal this work.
Do not use this on other sites without written permission first.
Don't ask for a refund. Make sure you absolutely want this base before downloading it! (This is my addition to the original rules.)

What you can do:
Make multiple adopts. Once you have paid the 30, you may use this base as much as you like!
You can use your own character(s) with this base. (It's not just for adoptables! If you wanna make character profiles with this, go ahead!)
