Description
Here is a stagger that was used in anime, as seen in Excel Saga episode 26, but without the stagger.I removed the stagger using Sony Vegas and converted it into a ".gif" file using Adobe Photoshop CS5, because I installed Quicktime Player 7.1 using the custom settings, and I was able to import the video frames to layers.
I do not own anything in the ".gif!"
