Here is an updated version of both versions of Starla Ando with muscles. One version has pecs only, and the other has breasts. I added her wrist band after forgetting to do that earlier.The pecs only version was inspired by how TaylorsToonAdventure and Ducklover4072 make their muscle fan-art of female characters.
