i had a friend who had the same question he was a centaur fanatic.So he had built himself a centaur costume,so he decided to sleep in it.He told me its the side cause he couldn't fall asleep on his back or front cause it would be like in the picture

how can that possible? her horse body is far more heavy than her original human body! i think centaurs can't lift the horse body for a long time! (i'm just saying).

Did I not reply before? Weird. This is awesome! I'd never really thought about it too much as looking at centaurs makes me think about how awkward their internal anatomy must be.*
* E.g. Lungs. I can't imagine that the horse and human lungs are connected because the horse lungs inhaling would surely collapse the human lungs completely? Meanwhile, human lungs obviously wouldn't provide enough oxygen for a creature that size. So if it's just horse lungs, isn't the human torso kind of a novelty throat? Weird.
