New ref for Kitoku for year 3.
*sigh* every figure was drawn on separate paper list, so in result it looks too different from each other. I still need more practice...

CIVILIAN FORM

Story:
As known, there are a lot of different universes, but in all of them people will be always united by their aspirations, their hopes, their dreams, their wishes...Perhaps this is why Magical Source of Wishes was a point of intersection of all of these so different worlds. And a Source has always been protected by it's keeper bearing the title of the Rainbow Fairy. Yet there is no light without darkness, and not just dreams and desires filled worlds, but there is also a place for nightmares...But the noble keeper would not let these negative human emotions of some of the worlds invade other. So it was like that at this time too - the dark fantasy and dark thoughts gathered together and broke through the haze of the worlds. But this time, a magical Fairy did not have enough strength to stop the evil, and she had no other choice but to call the two from pure world not affected by Sailor Wars and give them power, awakening their starseeds... Kitoku was one of them.

So he became one of two guardians of Magical Sourse of Wishies.That's in short.

3years ago when Vikuna got her invitation to tournament ant traveled to SMOCT satellite, he went after her but was late and had to remain only as spectator.

Two years later he already competed with Sailor Butterfly as Team. And more over they win tournament and save satellite from Hati and Skoll.

After the victory Vikuna and Kitoku decided to get married here at satellite.

Since they are dimensional senshi they can freely travel between their world and SMOCT satellite. Their couple spend a lot of time here. After leaving of Arcturus Leo was too busy with third tournament and Viku and Kitoku offer some help (as part timers) with paper work and statistics. They can be often seen at the satellite.

Abilities: High IQ (he can be called a genius), in senshi form (same to Viku) can fly too, also has teleportation abilities.
He can also modify the weapons and other magic items.
Secons stage of Sailor Butterfly's pole was made by him (same as it's passive state)
Attacks:
Mirror Wall of Illusions (defence) - a type of mirror kekkai (barrier), can be in different forms
Shimmering dust Illusion - during that attack he became invisible

Silken fetters - During this attack, he summon silk threads, which tightly entangle the enemy. They are very strong and elastic (very hard to break), but they can be easily cut with a sharp weapon. More info here -> [link]

Weakness: not so strong physically, in battle mostly relies on his high speed and teleportation abilities. Prefers to avoid battle if it's possible.
