Description
The 8th division, also known as the relief and support division is responsible for supplementing forces within other squads as requested. They contain Shinigami who are well rounded and talented in all forms of study that a Shinigami in the Gotei 13 could possess. From kido, to physical combat, to medical and technological understandings. They have been bestowed the color of black as one of the highest honors to showcase that they are all the epitome of what a Shinigami must be in order for the Seireitei to remain what it is. The black that is worn by all members in the Gotei 13, but the only division that can truly lay claim to it's color.
