This is a panel of general favoritism: 1. Despite the sketchy lines, it has one of my favorite sets of panels, with the varying facial closeups and the cool scene of her assembly of monsters. 2. Despite having already being introduced in the beginning, this seems to be a more proper introduction to the character of Tiamat.
In truth, I think that her general roughneck attitude made her my favorite character of the comic. Of course, I think that this could be a major fault in that she may not seem vilainous enough to play that role.

Regardless, revel in the glory of this comic. And by "revel," I mean "read"; and by "in the glory of this comic," I mean "this comic."
