There are many other things far more worthless than you will ever be. Magma Dragoon is worthless. I think marilyn manson is worthless. I think fortnyt is worthless. I think dr. weil is worthless. Hitler was worthless. Stalin was worthless. Castro was worthless. I think osama bin laden and other terrorist leaders are worthless. The name of the new PokΓ©mon villainous team is worthless. Kylo Ren is worthless. Reboots are often worthless. The Marvel villain called venom is worthless. I think supervore123's nasty characters are worthless. Perverts are worthless. Anti religious people are worthless. Bullies are worthless. Porn is often worthless. And I think the devil is worthless. But I do NOT think nerdsman567 is worthless at all!

I'll admit, maybe I don't feel "fat," per se (no, seriously), I do understand how you feel with all the other things. So you're not alone.
I don't know if this'll help, but I kinda did it for some other friends of mine who were in similar situations. Remember the lyrics for Eminem's Not Afraid:

These are all things you can change.
You're fat- So am I. just means you need to be aware of input. I hate it too. I enjoy eating.
You're stupid- No. All of Life is learning. you learn something new every day. The smartest people I know understand this as well.
You're worthless- Depends on who you ask. Invest in your self worth, and worthwhile people will see it, and appreciate it as much as you do.
You're hopeless- No; You just value certain things more than others, and they don't see it.
You're tired- That might be part of it. things always look worse when you're tired and you can't think straight.
You're invisible- Sometimes it's better to be a wallflower than it is to be front stage center with a target painted on your back.
You're Incompotent- Doubtful. You're damn handy with digital drawing, a lot better than me, still playing with pencils and scrap books,
You're a loser- No. You're not. Let your critics, your adversaries, and the nameless, faceless phantoms that haunt you say what they will. Until you listen to them, you let them in, and you internalize what they say and make it manifest, they are only empty words from angry people, who are insecure in their own skin, and itching to project onto anyone who will listen.

I'm most of the above, but you are none of the above.. You are the artist I dream of being: Funny, Talented, Free to create whatever he likes unchained by the BS of daily life. Someone who probably wasted 4 years of life for a somewhat useless degree, but ended up with everything they needed at their disposal.
Everyone struggles. It's in our nature. Deeper than bones and the marrow beneath that. The key to survival? Don't beat yourself up.
