Eevee was drawn for a swap where you draw one of your partner’s favorite Pokémon. One of the ones my partner mentioned was Eevee. They even mentioned that they have an Eevee tattoo, which really made me want to draw Eevee for them! I drew her in a field with flowers, to correspond with her flower crown. I based Eevee’s flower on a mix of her flower crown in the anime and the one she has in Pokémon Go.
