Description
Since I’ve been drawing the occasional Sailor Scout lately, I wanted to change it up a little and draw one of the Sailor Moon villains. My sister and I decided that Wicked Lady would be a good start! There are so many Sailor Moon characters that I like that I haven’t drawn yet, so I still have long way to go until I’ve drawn them all at least once.
