Where do you want to go with this?
If you leave it this way, it´s ok as a surrealistic picture.
If you wanted to do a portrait, you´ve taken several wrong approaches.
- no basic sketch. It´s important to get the position of the basic things like eyes, nose and mouth.
- to many details for this stage- you did the details before you did the eyes.. no.

here´s a good head tutorial.
- the reference has a difficult perspective, just look at Mr. Harrisons nose.. if you wan´t to draw it after the photo, it`ll easily look like a pig nose.
- or more general: don´t draw with the skills you have now from a photo reference. It will look flat and it won´t teach you much because you don´t have the basic shapes down. It would help you better to understand the shape of the head by doing a series of self portraits (of course with getting some serious and good critique (look at forumlink I posted. There are many people who will give you honest but harsh critique).)

Ooo! The shading is beautiful! Just a suggestion: the forehead seems too high up; lower it a smidgen, maybe? Otherwise, awesome!
