He's floating in water. He hasn't drowned yet but I think he's about to. Not to be emo, it just looks like that. I know, he turns into that mermaid person I drew that other time. Except that was a girl. Whatever. mermaid person: [link]
I really kind of like how is hands came out, particularly his left. It's kind of funny cause I just went blah blah look a hand. And it was nice.
