The pop up text is where any extra message goes, it is not needed but makes it a bit cooler so when a deviant rolls over it, they are greeted with a message~

The link Url has to be replaced with your commission info and such~

The link description is deleted and replaced with the current image you commented on, "Plain Gray Commissions Button". Open the image in a new tab to copy this current images url and paste it here instead using the code

Of course!
So to have it lead to a link when people click it, you got to use the following code (I simplified it so hopefully it works):
link description

 link Url: Make sure to delete this part and replace it with your commission info journal/sta.sh document file.
 link description:  Deleted this and replace with any art/image. To place an image link, make sure to use the code
Where it says "url", delete that and copy any image link to paste there.

Note them personally, while keeping a calm state at first. If they don't give in, you need to be more harsher on them, and make sure to report that deviant that keeps stealing your art/oc.
