Rough sketchy ref of Paradiso. I had wanted to create my own version of heaven. Since there are demons in this universe,paradiso is a sort of Mock god of the actual Christian god.
She's the over all creator of that particular universe and terribly vain. Believing her self to be the all being of Perfection. Her angels as well believe this(So much so that they actually do not sing or speak to each other. They only sing when making an entrance to a mortal or showing off) ,and in this world she had also created mortals in her image.
Paradiso Hates the very creations she made, they're made in her image but each and everyone of them are flawed. None of them at all are perfect and because of this she can't bear to even look at them. She makes their lives terribly difficult, natural disasters are a common occurrence. She'd most likely be the reason your day has gone awry after being so good.

I must specify that she's based of the old testament version of the christain god (I ,myself ,am not christain and this is just a personal perception of how that god might be. I'm not looking to get into any long religious debates this is just a personal concept and perception I made that was put into a character. Plus I like the idea of imperfect gods)

Her instruments are all based on instruments, the louder they are the higher they are in their circles.
She is based off an Organ. And of course named after Dante's divine comedy following after Inferno and Purgatorio. (though those inparticular places and/or people do not exist in this universe
yet)

Paradiso gender/sex is also ambiguous
In general her form is female as a preferred look. But people of her religion in this world would refer to her as a God-Ess
(similar to Wicca)
You wouldn't be wrong for referring to her as a Male or Female. God or Goddess is both correct in that respect
I portray her as a female as it makes sense to me to have a sort of mother figure for creation.
