My name is Rhee and this is my new and improved commissions sheet.

If you have any questions, feel free to note me. Please don't ask me anywhere else.
If you want to commission me, NOTE ME THROUGH DEVIANT ART. Do NOT ask over Transformice, through Skype, or anywhere else where you have contact with me. Over notes help me maintain and organize all the work that I have to do and if you ask anywhere else then it'll most likely get lost and that'll result in issues that can easily be avoided if you just noted me.

I've left some things out that I find to be highly important.
I DO do reference sheets; (Examples of my reference sheets can be found below my terms and conditions).
I won't make reference sheets under 900 points. I'm leaning towards 1000 as they take a long time.
I'm willing to do a colored sketch for you, having the price be about 80-100 points (we can negotiate the price as it's not firm and final in my mind).
I can create an icon for you that look like the ones on my character's page on my profile.
Ask for anything else!

Some of my expectations and guidelines and other things to note if you were to commission a picture from me are:

• I highly dislike it when / if you re-post the same exact artwork / picture that I've created. If it's my picture that's a part of something you alone have created (for example, a reference sheet), then that's okay, as long as I am properly credited for the picture. Pictures that I've made can be on your deviant art account profiles as well, as long as I am properly credited for the picture. (This includes reference sheets being unable to be re-posted). I find it highly disrespectful.

• If the picture isn't for you, then don't use it at all UNLESS you have proper permission from the commissioner and I am properly credited. Commissioner, if they're using a picture that's for you without your permission, then let me know and I'll take action.

• Please don't alter the picture I make for you whether you're the commissioner or not; if you the commissioner want something changed, let me know and I will alter it or fix it.

• Absolutely don't try and get rid of my signature on your picture. That's just plain rude and in a way sort of stealing and discrediting me, and I won't tolerate that or be happy at all.

• If you have paid me and you want your points back, then you can't get your points back. You have to be absolutely firm in your decision; this means, make sure you don't regret commissioning me. This is mainly due to the fact that a lot of the time I start drawing as soon as I get the points sent over, and that'd be a waste of time for me if I've already started and you've changed your mind. Even if you still want your points back, you'll still get what you wanted in the first place, so those points won't be a total waste. However, if I decide that I somehow can't complete the proper commission under due circumstances, then you WILL get a whole refund of your points back with a note of apology. (This has happened only once so it's quite rare and they got a full refund back).

• Something that some artists do but I don't is that I don't care how complicated the designs are; the price stays the same. So let's say you have a really hard sparkle dog or whatever; it'll cost the same if someone else were to commission just a white canine (like my character Gadgets).

• If you don't like the picture I've created, there is absolutely no refunds; like stated above, I don't want my time wasted and if you didn't like my art in the first place then I don't even know why you commissioned me. I know there are trolls out there who would do this and expect a refund, but I am not that type of person. However, I am open to tweaking your picture if you're not satisfied with something that's bothering you about the picture (i.e wrong markings).

• For references, the more details you provide me, the better. And I will love you forever if you give me a very good design of the character I'm creating the reference for so I don't get anything wrong, and you the commissioner can have the best reference sheet you could get from me. (EXAMPLES: fav.me/d7rtk02 , fav.me/d7ydt5b )

• All the things I do are up in the picture; so no, I don't shade sketches or coloured sketches or line-arts or even coloured line-arts.

• I specialize in creatures such as felines, canines, Pokémon, and other things. I am not the best at humans, but I'm willing to create a picture of a human for you if that is what you wish.

• I don't draw pornographic pictures in any form.

Something huge is that YOU pay ME first under no circumstances. I will not start on your picture until I am properly paid the correct amount of points. If you aren't comfortable with that, then ask previous commissioners who've paid first and was able to get their paid picture soon after. I am not distrustful on any measures. If you're still not comfortable, then I guess you shouldn't commission me.

If you think you aren't able to follow the guidelines for some reason, then I advise you NOT to commission me and to move some place else. If you CHOOSE to not follow the guidelines, then we'll just figure it out together and if you're somehow difficult, then I'm sorry but drastic measures will be taken place.
