Eeeee! I adore Betty Boop and I've wanted to do a fanart of her for a kind of long time. This one isn't that good but I'll definately be doing more Betty Boop fanart and hopefully they'll be more pleasing. n-nUuugh, Betty's hair was hard to do...and her eyes but, surprisingly, her hand was actually kind of easy. O-o
