Description
during the Fight between Godzilla and Destoroyah
Destoroyah beats up Godzilla JR and nearly killed him,

and then Godzilla gave the Radiation Powers to his son,
so after Godzilla's Death by Radiation meltdown Godzilla JR is apparently revived due to the power being channeled into its body by Godzilla
and is now transformed into a full-grown adult so Godzilla JR became the New Godzilla,
and while Junior absorbed the Radiation
the powers of Rodan and SpaceGodzilla has broken free from the Dying King,
and both Kaijus teamed up with Junior as he carried up Godzilla's Legacy forever.

so after Godzilla VS Destoroyah (ゴジラvsデストロイア) they are gonna work on another Godzilla 90s film following the son (Godzilla JR) but they never followed that idea,
but instead they Made the Rebirth of Mothra Trilogy (1996-1998) so Mothra has got her own trilogy because it is good to see her break free from the Godzilla Franchise again.

so as for Godzilla Junior
he, Rodan and SpaceGodzilla went to find their new island which they'll call Monster Island.
