Nestly: New Psyipy, basically. :B

A lotta things are off, but I'm tired of messing with it. :I And I fail at cell-shading. And I'm unsure about ze colors- but HEY. Haven't drawn Psyip in like 2 years so it's better then nothing. D8

Psyip is a psychic, duuude. He's using telekinesis to levitate the book. He likes to read. =B

Yeah I know... hair. D8 It just, didn't look right without bits of hair. (Psyip originally just had a protruding brain he covered, like the Mutant Kacheeks) We will pretend he still doesn't look pleasant without covering his head, but his hair kinda grew back over the years. o:

I might fix up the faults later. Probably not. Meh. DX *moody*
