HmmXP is a fine Visual Style created by furgacious . This tweak changes the start button for the mono and watercolor (Codename Whistler) color schemes.Simply unzip the HmmXP.msstyles provided here and replace the HmmXP.msstyles file found in "C:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\HmmXP". I recommend you rename the original and keep it for backup purposes.
edit: Thanks for the comments. If you want to further modify the VS, you can use Resource Hacker and play around with replacing the images yourself; anyone could do this, really.
