It's a modernisation of The Sulton made to be more efficient, with better use of space and it's technologies.

Sulton, was a nuclear-powered submarine, in service with the Akollyon Nation Navy, now Mighty Hand promises to be even more powerful, after all the work, some board members still do not agree with the idea of a huge submarine, as it is an easy target if detected and it needs special ports to serve it, not being able to pass through several bodies of water because they are too shallow for it.

Now since the government didn't scrap it, they need a plan to destroy parts of the bottom of the ocean to make way for this mega lithic vehicle.
