Anti comes from Victorian England. Former doctor who came across rather interesting disease that starts killing people. Those who survive begin to mutate into monsters.Anti uses the "Plagued Heart," a heart shaped buckler where he injects a serum that give him unique abilities.

Now THAT is interesting. I rarely see concepts like this. Very curious now.
Great Design, it fits very well with the time period and still keeps the Kamen Rider aspect without falling out of place
