YES, this is blantent copy of JAKQ Degentai Captain, Banba Sokichi. I'm not an uber fan of Big One, more just the person behind big one. Banba Sokichi's disguise scenes I really liked, and wanted that in this series.
Hiroshi, is the Founder of Astro, Creator of Pizza Rangers, and a Franchise owner of Mach Pizza. While creating the first Pizza arsenal, he was the first Pizza Red, until he developed the Pizza Cellular Upgrade. As a HumaX (Human crossed Xilian), he had a very natural talent, which helped develop the Binder and Celluar, to the point he had to create a special Pizza Gear for himself, because the Gear would only work well for Humans.
One Gear, is an upgraded Pizza Cellular power source, implanted into Hiroshi, which he controls with small devices around his heart. He can alter the pizza suit to what ever he wants, making any disguise he needs to hide from his wife, who doesnt want him to fight.
With this ability, he spends most of his time eating Pizza, and hiding among the crowds of Mach Pizza. This gives him the opportunity to find other candidates, or promote other Rangers to Owners, by rewarding them the Pizza Cellular.
As of yet, he has an interest for Pizza Red. He believes that his Red, like himself will achieve a higher status, maybe one day surpassing his own powers.
Side note, Pizza One is also the character developing the Ranger Keys in secret.
