Trent had every right to be furious that his supposed friends had used this poor girl's lack of sight as some sort of joke when telling him he was going on a 'blind date', but his indignation was utterly drowned under a tsunami of compassion for this incredibly delicate mechanical flower seated at the designated meeting point. The occasional sharp sound from the cacophony of the marketplace causing her to snap her head back and forth as she tried to assess what was happening. She wasn't just nervous, she was terrified.
"wh..who's there?" she stammered out, lips trembling.
