It may be weird for someone not accustomed to the internet to have the navigation at the bottom - other than that, it looks great to me. Good work.

Wonderfull color choice and balance, the hinted number in the bottom right corner is a nice idea and I also like the subtelty in wich you've marked the current page in the nav bar. A clean design in wich everything seems to be in the right place, and you also seem to know when to stop (I have the tendancy of going overboard), well done.
I'd love to try nat picking but I can't seem to find anything... it's not cluttered, the logo is spot on and quite visible and the use of arial as it's shown in the finished product is just right (rather then smoothing it out in photoshop for whatever reason).
Now I'm curious about your next works...

Good job. I like the simple clean cut feel you get from this design while still being visually interested. Its interesting to see the main navigation on the bottom. It really frees up the top area for all sorts of interesting developments.
