Description
Dedicated to my Cantaloupe Head.

- Sketching:2 hours
- Cleaning: 2 hours

I haven't been doing "serious" drawings in a while, keeping myself only to sketches.
Now that I see all these fantastic fanarts of Avatar, I couldn't resist doing one, myself. I have no style, I admit. Aang doesn't look any different from the show except for the robes. *hangs head in shame*
About the robes, I got my reference from here: [link] , hence, the overwhelming color of maroon which is absent from the monks of the show. ...Now that I think about it, the new robes look more like the priests from the Fire Nation. Well, the outer robes do. Bah, let's just say he looks more distinguished.
...*sigh* I miss drawing.

I simply love the colors in this, and the line-work is so clean and true to the style of the show!
As for your comments on the robes, it gives the impression (to me) that Aang is being honored by the Fire Nation, so i think it works just fine!

hey well y aknow. i like it better when people draw fan art that looks like the shows. idk. it then imbrases the chara more. if you just drew then all willy nilly they sometimes dont even look alike
