This weapon causes deconstructive burn

Intrinsec perk:strange paradigm/firing this weapon from the hip will cause to the weapon to shoot like a continous laser beam.
note:you can hard scope with it while continue shooting.

Final perk:T.A to death/aiming at an enemy without shooting at it,shall increases critical damage exponentially for every second you aim at the enemy without shooting but it consumes two rounds at three seconds gap,three rounds at the six seconds gap and four rounds at the nine seconds gap.
note:the limit is ten seconds.
