Each DinA4 cut in half, cardboard/green paper, pencil/black ballpenThree steps for the finished pic:

The first one was a sketch I made of the pic before I drew it on the cardboard. I still had her in another pose there which I changed in the final pic, cause I realized that this position was hard to maintain and very uncomfortable (yes, I referenced it from myself)
