Desiree first appears in the episode "What You Want"

She floats around answering everyone's wishes, but they often have disastrous consequences. She was once a harem girl who won the heart of a sultan. The Sultan promised to fulfill her every heart's desire. However, the Sultan's wife threw her out of the palace, and Desirée died of a broken heart. As a ghost, she went around granting wishes, but eventually grew bitter at the happiness and success of her master(s) when she herself had none, and she began to turn the wishes against the wisher.
