Posting the PayPal link as we found out that our landlord has to sell our house, but giving us the opportunity to buy it. Now we are on 2 lots, 1 with a house, the other simply being a yard, both together worth $120,000 CND. Figure the lot with the house would be easier to purchase despite my poor credit rating. I'm with 2 banks, and looking into other means of getting a mortgage.
But if I can miraculously get a good size down-payment...
