DAY#07 (TANUKI)I think this is the one that came out the best, till now.
I wanted to represent the prankster-ish nature of the Tanuki, as well as some of its most known qualities.
It’s most surely a Belly drum user, as tanuki are said to use their bellies as drums. Another famous quality of the tanuki are its erm… balls. Here I tried to represent them as a sort of weapon it uses, taking them out of this monk-like necklace…
As for the name, I mixed “Nook” (yes, from Animal Crossing’s famous tanuki) with Kinniku (muscles) and erm… Kintama, which are… the balls.
