I think that center focus on the hands on the face is great. The blur makes you think about movement, distress. I like this one.

ohh..das gefällt mir gut !!! ... aber ich denke mal,das "*yv" recht hat mit den farben.....und die eine kante von dem brush,links,etwas oberhalb(schwer zu erklären..

u know.. i was thinking of doing something like this.. u did it earlier, and as u are far better than me i quit this idea and won't do it 
to sum up.. this is almost perfect, i especially adore texture work.. the only thing i would change would be the color of those textures.. to the tone on the face. anyway, it still rules
