Creative Programs, Inc., also known as CPI, is a subsidiary of ABS-CBN Corporation that operates and distributes pay TV channels and provides pay-per-view services to direct-to-home satellite and cable television providers in the Philippines. Since 2019, CPI also engages in book and magazine publishing through his best friend, ABS-CBN Publishing, following their merger.

Creative Programs is a reserved and smart journalist and artist. Everyone may seen him as "depressed", but when he introduced himself, he talks in a polite manner. He has a love-hate relationship with Jeepney TV, who somewhat gets mostly annoyed by her intelligence.
