Magical Girl Noir AU: Kairi and three others, Sterlitzia. Xion and Namine are the Phantom Girls each wielding an elemental Magic. in 1940's New York. Kairi wields Water the most powerful and leader of the Elements of Water, Fire, Ice and Electricity. Their mission is to recover several Eidolon Artifacts and keep them out of the hands of the Evil Sephiroth and he wants to use them to revive his leader Bill Cipher. Sora is a PI in training under Leon with the Chief of Police Captain Yensid having a Feverent distrust of the Girls as such their department is arrest or kill on sight. Forcing the Girls to be fearful of them. In one chance meeting Kairi covers Sora's mouth to keep him from shouting when he finds her having been left behind. But in that moment their eyes meet and a spark is born.
