I've always wondered where this intense hatred of butterflies comes from.
I mean, sure they're not the BEST pollinators out there, but, they're trying their hardest!
Or are butterflies in their world some sort of ancient evil that spreads a curse of death where ever they are seen, where they burn the throats of innocents and and cause their eyes to to burn out and leakdisgusting goo from theirears and other variouspores of their bodies. IF SO THEN BY ALL MEANS PLEASE DO KILL THEM.
Anyway, Lumen's always been an elusive one, never really know much about him. He's kind of just...There. Exists. I'm not sure we'll ever get to know much about him. XD
Though if he's useless literally everywhere else other than butterfly killing...Is a member? Or a pet?
Being a member typically means you're doing something for the team, or effort, I mean, I guess PRO-butterflying killing is needed at times (for some reason I am obviously oblivious of) but...Mhhh.
Just questions on questions piling up.
Also only now am I realizing how odd their mercenary name is. A chrysalis is typically what a caterpillar forms and resides in...Until it becomes a butterfly...MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
So would it be like, RED CHRYSALIS, for dead chrysalis, because, blood, is red....Maybe?
Or possibly like a red coffin, a Chrysalis is kind of like a coffin, if you kill it before it comes out...
OR WAS IT NAMED THAT ON PURPOSE SOLELY TO SCREW WITH ME?
WEIRD THINGS ARE AFOOT AND I HAVEN'T THE MENTAL CAPACITY TO UNDERSTAND IT!

Anyway, it's great to see Lumen get a ref update! I'm really loving see these characters again, they're all wonderful! ^^
Wonder if it'll be Ney or Taliise next. Or maybe we someone we haven't seen before, or older characters.

Imma be honest, everything you said is pretty much exactly what went through my brain. Even the part about what butterflies do, because my eyes are only not dumb when reading that apparently (my eyesight is 20/90 and 20/100, give or take a little). All the pollen needs to BURN (but preferably not while inside of me and causing me to die.
