Mm, I don't think she gave birth to them, but she found them all in their territories and became their Mama. (and with a Finland RPer, decided she also took in Tino for a short time at some point) and is basically very distant but devoted, but tends to be a bit physco like Bela or Russia when it comes to protecting them from General Winter and stuff. =v= (Poor GW just wants some love!)
And I looked up the clothing she's wearing, it turns out that apron thing she has is what maidens wear, so villagers tend to give her odd/dirty looks when they see her wearing that but with kids...and...I'll stop rambling =v=;
And that is very cozy indeed. For now.
