Bio:
For the majority of his life, he lived in a world cursed to repeat over and over again. Everyone would Perish and then life would reset going back to the day Drizzle was born. He was well aware of this cycle and did all he could to stop life from repeating but any progress he made would just be reset and he would be back at zero. It was like a curse was set upon his world, whatever people did was meaningless as it would be undone by the next cycle.
He did eventually find the cause of this endless life, but the cost to fix it was a lot. In order to fix his world, he had to erase his existence, he was supposed to be dead in his life at some point but someone saved him by rewriting history, thus causing the curse. Well in the end he succeeded and the memory of his existence was wiped out completely leaving him with a family and a friend. His life and the life of his friend was the cost to fix his world. “Surely this decision wouldn’t cause any more issues down the line”
Although he and his friend no longer exist in their old world, they were given a new identity and role in their life. As an Artifact, his duty is to influence his world to fix the rips in space and time that his existence left behind. He isn’t required to fulfil his duty but out of guilt for the trouble he brought he does it as much as he can. Due to his new role, he is allowed to visit other worlds and parallel universes, as long as he doesn’t get physically involved with any major issue in those worlds. He can still influence others to do the right thing but he can’t force a change with his own hands.

Personality:
He doesn’t say much but he enjoys making new friends. Being freed from living in an endless cycle left him with lots of free time, so he spends his days visiting other worlds and meeting the inhabitants of those worlds. His favorite times of the year are Spring and Winter, Spring for the rainfall and Winter for the snowfall and because it reminds him of an old friend. His age isn’t relevant as he no longer ages but he still celebrates his birthdays. Though no one ever comes to them as he no longer has anyone that remembers him.

Extra:
- The creation of Theta took the merging of souls from a Ruin and Relic Ancient, both identities were lost in it creation and so only their memories remained.
- Theta will respond to both Drizzle and Spade as those were the names of the two that created Theta.
- Few of his kind exist, a total of 4 Artifacts currently exist at this moment. The number is low as the way that an Artifact comes into existent is unknown and unheard of.
- Only in a Void where space and time doesn't exist can do merged souls of theta exist on their own. If Theta were to decide to learn more about the souls that made his soul, he would have to go to this gap in space and time, in which Theta will take use his Artifact Form and give back his other form to the ones that originally owned it.
- Theta's Artifact Status Enables him to communicate with the "Other Side".
- Uses the Pikachu form as he enjoys the simplicity of the body, unlike his Artifact body which tends to get in the way of things too often.

I couldn't decide if he should be blind from one eye or not, but he looks cool with an eyepatch so I did it anyways. Though as the description says this is Drizzle but at the same time its not. He a cool guy and I fully intend of doing an Ask questions thing with him. The "asking questions" thing is a substitute for the fact that I won't be going back to that comic that I tried to do so long ago and because I find that type of thing fun. So look out for that whenever I decide to get to that.
