I think I understand why Tails and Knuckles couldn't go Super. As for Tails, he was never supposed to go Super with Chaos Emeralds, and the chaos emerald didn't have much power to turn all 3 Super.
Sure we had Super Silver and Shadow but this game came way after. >Plus 06 never happened XD.
