People seems to like gems, I wonder why...
Everything except the sparkling stuff is vector based, so re-sizing shouldn't be a problem (as you can see in the preview).
Feel free to use it in whatever way you want as long as you give me credit for my part... (A comment or link would be appriciated too..!).

Great work! I planned to use them in a template but when I downloaded and opend file in Photoshop it was only the background layer ergo just the picture. Could it be an upload mistake?
