The figure was also put out by hasbro in 1999. I wanted to recreate a Pikachu figure without buying one new in the box off amazon. So I made one from whatever materials I had lying around my dorm back in December. For the color I just used sharpie and special markers which I will update to paint. Gotta recreate them all!
