Description
An update on my TF collection and as you can see there are some new additions. All the Figures from the first photo in my scraps can be seen here but here is a list of the new ones:Galaxy Force Primus (Back Row furthest left): The creator of the transformers race, this powerful god never had his own TF figure before until now. His rival Unicron who had turned his body into a planet sized robot, Primus followed suit and his alt mode is the TF home planet itself, Cybertron. Probably the best figure I have as he forms a perfect sphere unlike Unicron (to his right) and has more detail than Masterpiece Optimus Prime. Also my first Takara Transformer (meaning he's from Japan)
Generation 1 Starscream (front row furthest right): The sinister Starscream, rumoured to be more cold blooded than Megatron, has always been one of the defining characters of any TF series (toy, comic or cartoon) his exploits in betraying Megatron to become Decepticon leader, is still used as his personality to this day. Although rather small, he's one of the most popular characters in TF's EVER.
Generation 1 Soundwave w/Buzzsaw casseticon (front row 3rd left): Loyal lieutenant to Megatron, Soundwave is also very popular for being able to turn into an item rather than a vehicle (a tape player) and has his own entorouge of warriors who transform into cassetes and enter his chest. One thing that made him groovy was his synthesized voice.
Binaltech Smokescreen (left of Soundwave): My second Takara figure, this is the japanese version of Alternators but are made of die cast metal than platic. Highly detailed and cheap like Alternators.
Alternators Sunsteaker (Right of Smokescreen): A cool alternator based on the cooler and ego-tistic Sunstreaker.
Generation 1 combiner Devastator (left of G1 Starscream): The scourge of the Autobot forces in 1985, Devastator was the first of his kind, comprised of 6 smaller transformers, they all combined into one big robot and as his name implied he was a destroyer of everything around him, for most of the G1 story Devastator gave the Decepticons a huge upper hand, that was until Omega Supreme arrived >3.
