Here's the Tails icon for CPU opponent for Puyo Puyo: Blast Attack. He is Sonic's best friend and sidekick. He is able to use his twin-tails to fly by rotating them like helicopter rotors and is a mechanic genius and aerial pilot.

When he's selected, he says "Ready to fly to the sky?"

For Spell 1, he says "Tail Twist!" For Spell 2, he says "Tail Wind!" For Spell 3, he says "Cannon Gadget!" For Spell 4, he says "Tail Whirlwind!" And for Spell 5, he says "Super Form Activated!"

When he makes a Tetris, he says "Tetris!"

When he makes a counter against an opponent, he says "Back to center now!"

When he wins, he says "Good landing!"

When he picks up a powerup item, he says "Handicap on!" When he picks up an offensive item, he says "Targeting opponent!" When he gets multiple items, he says "Multiple Firepower Online!" When he gets topped out; first says "Cluster Impact!" then he says "Board reset!"
