Description
I hated this class. Spring 2008, it was Concept of Color and we basically had to cut up magazines, or anything else with color and texture, and arrange them on cardboard. It was annoying, it was tedious, it was embarrassing, it was not a fun class at all. Like my design and drawing classes my homework was done last minute each week. I finally had a breakthrough midway through the semester and discovered what the professor really wanted. After that class was a lot smoother and I started to like it a little.

Professor asked me for one of my pieces so he could put it in the schools collection. It turned out he wanted the very same piece that turned my work in this class. Unfortunately I don't have a pic of it so I can't post it. The other one was blue and orange. It was kind of similar to the one above. I made up the concept in class right before presentation. I said fire and water because the orange was so strong and violent and the blue was so soothing and relaxed. Whether or not its been in any shows I have no idea. But at least the professor was happy.
