Or he made deals with them as a national leader. It could be true, as a state-to-state negotiation for intelligence, repatriation of wanted criminals (as those nations that are signatory to Interpol also engage in). Claiming someone as an "asset" for merely negotiating deals is an overstatement. We don't know for sure since the source isn't exactly high in credibility (just happened to find "documents", yeah right! Also, even Wikileaks' over-hyped media attention doesn't give it much real credibility - it's already well known that Wikileaks is a Mossad-paid operation along with George Soros (as major funder) for influencing USA government policy).

Firstly, there are a lot of black people in Libya that are not mercenaries. It's like saying all blacks in US are mercenaries.
Secondly, what made you think these people were hired by Gaddafi to bring his own people down?
He didn't do any of these "crimes" western media tells about him, and I can prove it.
If, of course, you're not a fan of armed foreign-backed bandits that want to create chaos in the state.

Its kinda confirmed that he brought in foreign fighters ,many from Black Africa. The one who's corpse was being paraded in the vid was a black merc, and it says so in your link as well. Not denying that there are no blacks in Libya, I mean Libya is smack on the bloody dark continent for crying out loud.

Really, why? Libyans always lived very well. It was one of the most prosperous African countries.
The uprising was actually fabricated. Read the materials in my gallery.
