1. Copy the form
2. Click ORDER COMMISSION
3. Paste it on the box provided and fill it
4. Click POINTS as a method of payment
5. Click Pay
RULES:
Do Not Rush Me
Credit me when you first use the Commission
Only DA Points for Payment.
The OC must not be stolen
Fill the Commission Form Correctly.
Don't keep on asking about your Commission unless a month has passed
I can accept and decline commission requests as I please. I won't get the payment if I declined so you won't lose anything.
Do not say anything in the comment section, just click ORDER COMMISSION. I don't know why it's there
